If you have any Enchant Scrolls, I suggest that you keep them for now and don't attempt any enchants. Most people think that the success rate is supposed to be 2/3, but Jeremy seems to think that it is only 1/3. So, it's possible that the server settings have the success rate currently at 1/3.

+3 is safe for weapons. +4 is safe for armors.

correction: +4 is safe for 1 piece midparts (like DC robe, Draconic)

Yes, that's how it's supposed to be. But Jeremy is a noob and set it so ALL armors are safe to +4.
